  Posting to let you know what a special person your sales assistant Hannah in the Factorie Outlet Richmond Mall Nelson is.
  I am in my 60's out shopping with my elderly Mum in a wheelchair.
  I tried on a jersey which I really liked however was still undecided and was about to hang the jumper back on the rack.
  Upon seeing me come out of the changing Room a lovely tall blonde lady ( Hannah I think) complimented me to say "that looked amazing on you I could not tell you at the time as I was busy serving someone else". ..It was enough to make me review my decision and yes I bought the Jumper. I watched this young lady with other Customers and feel you really need to know what a gem you have in the Store.
