  Great showroom and products, but mixed service.
  A lack lustre sales pitch but we knew what we wanted before we walked in. Confusion with a contact number left us in the dark for a week which led to a bad start. But then when we contacted them the manager (Kendall) took charge delivered the equipment immediately and gave a useful cooking tip (nice touch). Follow up consequently was good and he wants to know his staffs shortfalls to improve service to match premium products offered from Zink Ltd. This attitude towards improvement i'm sure will lead to many 5 star reviews for future.
